Morris is a classmate of John Connor and Cameron in LA. He is attracted to Cameron, and ostracized by latinos. In the season finale of season 1, he secures a prom date from Cameron after John prompts her.

Does he have more development towards season 2? Like him or hate him?

I like him. But he doesn't have much of a role in the series besides being a friend with John. Hopefully he will believe in terminators.

The character is great! When he asked her to the prom, I was rolling on the floor. When John told her to say yes, I think I got a hernia! It is a very funny show!

I like him! although I feel really bad that he's attracted to Cam and all that...boy is he going to have a funny reaction when and if he ever finds out she's a Term!

Just a wild and probably wrong theory but do you think one of the rebels sent back could be Morris? I just get this sort of feeling when I see certain shots of those sent back, I think its the hairstyle of one them who has a possible (future) likeness.

Perhaps he is in the resistance with John later in the future! Since it is his only actual human friend right now!

I would think so. On the assumption that J-Day is inevitable and can only be postponed or brought closer based on present actions. As an armchair military strategist I would suggest that John should start forming his Resistance Army or, at least the basics of it in that he start grooming/recruiting/preparing future regional commanders.

Think of it this way, say J-Day takes place and he is all alone, how will he assert his role as Leader? How will he rally his troops across the country or the world? If he's all alone and the humans start crawling out of their hiding places once radiation drops below fatal levels, he jumps on the wireless calling people to arms. People a hundred or even a thousand miles away would go "WTF, who's this?? Bugger off" as opposed to where he has local commanders, which the people can actually see in person. Then only will they take his orders.
